Cancellation policy

Your reservation may be cancelled until three days before the arrival. Afterwards we will charge 90% of the total price. In case of nonappearance or anticipated departure, we will charge the whole room rate.

Only written cancellation accepted.

Cancellation policy for groups and meetings (only written):
Free cancellation until three months before the arrival. 
From three to one month before arrival we will charge 40% of the reservation.
From one month until two weeks before arrival we will charge 70% of the reservation.
In case of cancellation within two weeks before arrival we will charge the whole reservation.
